Welcome to Gbyte Vozelle. This Privacy Policy explains how Gbyte ("Gbyte," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use the Vozelle Android application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are provided by Gbyte through https://vozelle.ai.
Your voice is personal. We want you to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. This Privacy Policy explains:
- What information we collect, including voice and audio data
- How and why we use your information
- How we store, protect, and transfer your information
- Whether we use cookies and similar technologies
- Who we share your information with
- How you can manage or delete your information
- Your rights under applicable privacy laws
- How we update this Privacy Policy
- How to contact us
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires your consent to a particular processing activity, we will obtain that consent in accordance with applicable law.
I. Information We Collect
a. Account and subscription information
Vozelle does not currently provide a traditional in-app account system with usernames, passwords, or social-login accounts.
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect or receive limited information related to subscriptions or access to paid features.
Google Play subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, Google processes your payment and provides us with information necessary to verify and manage your subscription, such as:
- Subscription or purchase identifiers
- Subscription status and applicable subscription product
- Purchase and renewal information
- Information necessary to verify access to paid features
We do not use Google Play as a general account-login service for Vozelle.
Website subscription access
If you use an email address to obtain access to a subscription purchased through our website, we may collect your email address and information associated with the subscription to verify your entitlement and provide access to the applicable features.
We do not currently offer username-and-password accounts or sign-in through Apple ID or Facebook for Vozelle.
b. Voice and audio data
Vozelle provides AI-powered voice transformation features on Android. Depending on the feature you use, the Services may process, temporarily store, and upload voice and audio data.
On-device voice processing
Vozelle uses ONNX-based voice models to perform voice transformation locally on your Android device. Your live voice stream is not sent to our servers for real-time voice transformation.
To provide, maintain, and update voice transformation features, the app may download encrypted voice models from our backend infrastructure.
Recording and local storage
Vozelle allows you to record audio within the app. For example, the Home screen's Create feature may allow recordings of up to 300 seconds, subject to the applicable product limits.
The floating-window feature may also create and store audio clips locally on your device.
Audio stored locally on your device is subject to your device's operating system, storage controls, and security settings.
Uploading audio after voice transformation
When a voice transformation is completed successfully, the app may upload both the original audio and the transformed audio to our backend infrastructure.
The upload may include technical information associated with the audio, such as the selected voice identifier and platform information. If an email address is available in connection with your subscription access, it may also be associated with the uploaded audio.
We use uploaded audio and related information only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Services, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or required by applicable law.
We do not use your voice or audio data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve our AI models, unless we separately notify you and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Voice data retention
We retain uploaded audio and related information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements and any specific retention periods communicated to you.
The retention period for uploaded audio may depend on the applicable product functionality and operational requirements. We will delete or anonymize such information when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
Customer support recordings
If you voluntarily send an audio recording to us through customer support to report a bug or investigate an issue, we may access and review that recording for the purpose of responding to your request, troubleshooting, and improving the reliability of the Services.
We will handle such recordings in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
c. Device and usage information
We may automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you use the Services, including:
- Device model, manufacturer, operating system, and operating system version
- App version and platform information
- Device identifiers or other technical identifiers, where collected and permitted by law
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address, where applicable
- Technical information associated with voice-model downloads and app operation
- Information about your use of the Services, such as features accessed, voice effects selected, session information, and interactions with the app
- Technical logs and diagnostic information that are necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services
We do not currently operate a separate crash-reporting system for Vozelle. If this changes, we will update this Policy as required.
When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, access time, referring page, and pages or resources accessed, subject to the technologies used on the website and applicable law.
d. Payment information
Vozelle currently offers subscriptions through Google Play.
When you purchase a subscription through Google Play, Google processes your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card number, bank account details, PayPal account details, billing address, or other payment credentials through the Vozelle Android application.
We may receive subscription-related information from Google Play that is necessary to verify purchases, manage subscription access, process entitlement checks, and provide customer support.
If you purchase a subscription through a separate website payment service, that provider may collect and process payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. The information we receive will depend on the payment service and the information necessary to provide the relevant service.
e. Customer support communications
When you contact us or submit feedback through the Services, we may collect:
- Your contact information, such as your email address, if provided
- The content of your feedback, inquiry, or support request
- Audio files, screenshots, logs, or other information you voluntarily submit
- Information about how we respond to and resolve your request
We use this information to respond to you, investigate reported issues, and provide customer support.

- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services

- Legal obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and lawful requests.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
III. How We Store, Protect, and Transfer Your Information
Retention
We retain personal information and audio data for different periods depending on the type of information, the purpose of processing, applicable product requirements, and legal obligations.
Audio files uploaded to our backend infrastructure may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the relevant features, maintain service functionality, investigate technical issues, or meet legal obligations.
Information stored locally on your device remains subject to your device's storage and deletion controls. Deleting the app or local files may remove locally stored information, but it does not necessarily delete information already uploaded to our backend infrastructure.
You may contact us to request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions and operational requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction.
These measures may include access controls, encryption or other protective measures for data transmission and storage, and safeguards for backend services.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that your information will be protected against every possible security threat.
International transfers
Because the Services may be used by users around the world, we may process your information through our backend infrastructure and service providers in countries or regions other than where you are located.
The locations where your information is processed may vary depending on the infrastructure and service providers used to operate the Services.
Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
IV. How We Share Your Information

If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, Google processes your payment and subscription information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may receive information necessary to verify your purchase and provide subscription access.
If you use a separate payment provider through our website, that provider's own privacy policy will also apply to its processing of your information.
